I work 75% at a small tax firm in Zurich, which means a four-day workweek (80%) and about three additional weeks of holiday each year (-5%). Thanks to flexible working arrangements, I can take on responsibility while enjoying free time at the same time.
My own firm serves a small number of long-standing clients, mostly from the IT industry – many of them are friends. I work with them fully remotely and digitally. As a digital native, this is my playground: I help people I like feel a little less worried.
